Your Content: You retain ownership of any clicks, drops, and flicks you post. However, to display your contents, you grant FlashX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, parse, and transmit your files via our database and Cloudinary storage nodes.
5. AI Assistant Disclaimer
FlashX integrates automated AI models to answer multimodal queries. You understand that:
- AI responses are generated dynamically and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
- AI outputs do not constitute professional advice, and FlashX is not liable for actions taken based on AI assistant replies.
6. Liability Disclaimers
All services are provided "as-is" and "as-available". FlashX makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding server uptime, data loss, or multiplayer game connections. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating safety regulations.
